Hi! I’m Mengying, an animal lover with 5 years of hands-on pet care experience, including 3 years of being a very happy cat mum. 🐱🐶 

Animals have always been an important part of my life. I have a dog named Rocky, who was originally a stray, and caring for him taught me how important patience, trust and understanding are when looking after animals. 

My love for animals also goes beyond my own pets. While I was living in China, I regularly volunteered with stray animal rescue groups, volunteering every week to help care for stray cats and dogs. This gave me experience with animals with different personalities and temperaments, including animals that may be nervous or take a little longer to trust people. 

I’m comfortable caring for both cats and dogs. My services can include feeding, fresh water, cleaning litter trays, walking, playtime, cuddles and simply keeping your pet company. I’m also happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, including specific feeding times, medication instructions and other care requirements you provide. 

For home visits, I’ll spend quality time with your pet rather than simply dropping in to feed them. I can refresh their food and water, clean up after them, play with them, give them plenty of attention and make sure they are safe and comfortable before I leave. For dog walking, I’ll provide a safe and enjoyable walk suited to your dog’s energy level and personality. 

I know it can be stressful leaving your pet with someone new, so I’m happy to send regular photos and updates so you can see how your furry friend is doing. I’ll also treat your home with care and respect. 

I’m currently based in Australia and have a flexible schedule. I’m mainly comfortable caring for friendly cats and dogs. Before booking, I’d love to know a little about your pet’s personality, daily routine, special needs and anything that helps them feel safe and happy. 

For me, pet sitting isn’t just about completing a task. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved while their humans are away. ❤️
