Hi! I’m Indigo, an 18-year-old Year 12 student and a lifelong animal lover. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, and they have always been a huge part of my life. I genuinely believe every animal has their own personality, quirks, and ways of showing they feel comfortable, and I love taking the time to get to know what makes each pet happy.

Over the years, I’ve cared for lots of different animals, including my own guinea pigs, dogs, horses, and other small pets for family, friends, and local clients. Whether it’s a dog who wants to spend the whole walk exploring every smell they can find, a shy pet who needs a little extra patience to warm up, or an animal who simply loves having someone around for company, I really enjoy building that trust and connection with them.

I’m also a horse riding coach and have been riding horses for over 10 years. Being around horses has taught me so much about patience, responsibility, and understanding animal behaviour. I always say horses are just really big dogs - they all have their own funny personalities, love attention, and form such special bonds when they’re treated with kindness and care. I love everything about animals and genuinely enjoy looking after them, not just as a job, but because it’s something that makes me happy.

I have my own car, so I’m reliable and able to travel to care for your pets. I understand how important it is to leave your pets with someone you can trust, and I always treat every animal with the same care and attention I would give my own. I’m happy to follow your routines and instructions, whether that involves walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles, medication, or simply spending time with them so they don’t feel lonely.

For dog walks, I usually spend 30-60 minutes depending on your dog’s age, fitness, and energy levels. I love giving dogs the chance to sniff, explore, and enjoy their walk while making sure they feel safe and supported. For home visits, I can help with feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, cleaning up, and of course plenty of attention and affection. I’ll also send photos and updates so you can see how your pet is going while you’re away.

I’m comfortable caring for animals of all ages and personalities, from energetic young pets who love adventure to older companions who need a gentler approach. I limit the number of bookings I take so I can give every pet the time, care, and attention they deserve.

I’m available most weekdays and weekends with flexible morning, afternoon (when possible), and evening options. I’m reliable, caring, and passionate about animals, and I would love the opportunity to meet your pet and make sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while they’re in my care.
