I’m a genuine animal lover with a special soft spot for rescue animals. Caring for pets isn’t just something I do—it’s a big part of who I am. At home, I have a beautiful rescue greyhound and three much-loved cats, all with their own unique personalities. Having adopted and cared for rescue animals, I understand how important patience, routine, and trust are in helping pets feel safe and happy.

I have hands-on, everyday experience with:

Rescue dogs (especially breeds like greyhounds) and labradors

Cats with different temperaments and needs

Managing feeding routines, walks, enrichment, and comfort care

Reading animal behaviour and responding calmly and confidently

I have a keen interest in advocacy for animals and vulnerable individuals. I have been a teacher for over 30 years. As such, I am conscious of the importance of regular and timely communication with parents and use a range of platforms to ensure constant updates whilst you are away.
