⭐ Housesitting ⭐

I offer overnight care for your furry (or feathered, or scaly!) friends starting at $25 per night, with discounts for longer sits. I work and study from home, so will spend plenty of time with your pets during the day and evenings. I know how important it can be for your pets to have consistency in routine, so will follow any normal daily feeding and exercise schedules, administer medications, and continue any training or behavioural work you're progressing. I provide regular updates on your pets (if you wish) while you're away. I will care for your home as if it was my own and follow your instructions to ensure it is secure while you’re away.

⭐ House visiting ⭐

I also offer 30 minute house visits for $25 a visit, or $35 per hour for extended visits. During a typical 30 minute visit I will top up your pets food and water, administer any medications, tidy up litter / bedding if required, and give your pets some pats and cuddles (unless they'd prefer some distance :) ). I provide a safe and affectionate environment for your pets in the comfort of their own home.

⭐ My experience ⭐

I have experience caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes (including rescues), cats, chickens, and plants. I have a very calm demeanour which I find rescues and anxious pets respond well to. I have experience administering oral medication and supplements to cats and dogs, along with creams, gels, and puffers. I understand how precious your home and pets are to you and how important it will be for you to know that they are in caring hands. I'm new to Mad Paws, but have extensive experience house and pet sitting. I've included testimonials from previous home owners whose furry friends I've cared for in the past.

⭐ A little about me ⭐

I am proactive, reliable, and a great communicator. I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker, have my own car, and I will happily provide a police check upon request. I have a Canberra-based partner (male, 36, full-time public servant, also a non-smoker and non-drinker with experience house and pet sitting) who will stay with me while I'm petsitting a couple of nights a week (on longer sits only), but will not be involved in caring for your pets.
