WHY AM I HOUSE SITTING?

Over the next couple of years, starting from May 2023, I (27 years old) will be house-sitting in and around Brisbane to save up for a home.

I feel incredibly grateful to be on this adventure and look forward to caring for your home and pet(s).

WHAT I OFFER:

Here are some reasons why I think I would be the perfect sitter for you:

* I am very tidy, clean, and courteous.

* I don't smoke, party, or drink. I am a bookworm happy with my quiet nights.

* I will look after your home as though it were my own (e.g., regular cleaning and maintenance, love and care).

* I will collect your mail and ensure bins are taken out and in.

* I will happily look after any resident pets (I have a lifetime of experience owning and caring for cats (indoor and outdoor), dogs (giant, big, and small of many different breeds and needs) (I have had a rescue dog and a rescue cat too!), fish, birds, mice, and guinea pigs). I now have additional experience looking after a snake, chickens, geckos, and a cow.

* I have experience administering medication to pets (i.e., ear drops, tablets, insulin, liquid medicine).

* I am a quiet and friendly neighbour.

* I am a very honest and open communicator; you can always expect updates from me. Especially if you have pets!

* I have experience maintaining pools.

* I have Green Thumbs. This means I can care for your plant babies, and mow your lawn if needed.

* I have extensive experience house and pet sitting. In particular, I have gained a client base through Pawshake.

* I am reliable and responsible.

* I have excellent references available.

* I will house sit for the full length that you require.

* I am an active person - any dogs will be walked and pampered.

* I have experience minding houses, townhouses, and apartments.

Please note I work full time. I work from home 4 days per week and one day per week I go into the office.

*I value your privacy and will never breach it unless I absolutely have to (i.e., there is an emergency). I expect the same respect in return. For example, having a friend drop by unannounced or someone enter the house without my knowledge / permission may be an invasion of my privacy.

Undisclosed interior surveillance cameras are not appreciated either. If there is to be an active interior surveillance system the homeowner must disclose this on their sitter wanted ad or during the interview. I hope you understand.
