Safety is my highest priority. Before accepting a booking, I like to learn about each pet’s personality, medical history, behavioural traits, exercise requirements, feeding schedule, and any special needs. This helps me create a positive experience tailored to each animal.

When caring for multiple pets at the same time, I carefully assess compatibility based on temperament, size, age, and behaviour. Pets are supervised during interactions and can be separated when needed for feeding, resting, medication administration, or quiet time. I never allow unsafe situations to develop and continuously monitor body language and behaviour to ensure every pet remains comfortable and stress-free.

My home is maintained as a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment. Sleeping areas are kept comfortable and hygienic, and pets always have access to safe indoor areas. Doors, gates, and outdoor spaces are checked regularly to ensure security. Pets are never left unsupervised in situations that could place them at risk.
