Hi! I’m a friendly, responsible and caring dog lover based in Beaconsfield. I work casually as a landscaper and have flexible availability throughout the day, including during normal work hours. I’m happy to travel to surrounding suburbs for walks and home visits.

I’m the very proud owner of Otis, my 6-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and I’m extremely dedicated to raising and training him. I’m particularly interested in dog behaviour and training and enjoy learning about what makes each dog unique. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine and needs, and I’m committed to making sure they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for.

I’ve been dog sitting and walking for friends and neighbours for over four years, caring for dogs of all different ages, sizes and personalities. This has included anxious and reactive dogs, strong pullers, and elderly dogs with additional needs. I also have experience administering medication and am very happy to follow your instructions carefully.

### Dog walking

I offer walks of 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your dog’s needs. We can walk around your local neighbourhood or head to a nearby park, beach or river for some variety. I’m comfortable walking dogs who pull strongly on the lead and have experience working with reactive dogs.

If your dog enjoys having a friend along, I can also bring Otis on walks once we’ve established that they’re a good match. Alternatively, I’m very happy to give your dog one-on-one attention.

### Home visits

I can spend up to an hour with your pet during a home visit. Visits can include feeding, fresh water, playtime, cuddles, toilet breaks and following any specific routines or instructions you provide. I’m also happy to help with small things around the house while I’m there, such as watering plants, bringing in the mail or packages, and putting bins in or out.

I can administer medication when required and am comfortable caring for senior pets or pets with additional needs.

### What I offer

I’m happy to tailor my care to your dog rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether your dog is energetic and loves an adventure, nervous and needs a calm approach, or simply wants some company and cuddles, I’ll make sure they receive the attention and care they need.

At this stage, I’m unable to offer overnight care or house sitting. However, I’m very happy to provide regular walks and drop-in visits throughout the day so your dog can stay comfortable in their own home while you’re away.

Most importantly, I’ll treat your dog like one of my own and give them the same patience, care and attention I would want for Otis. I’m always happy to meet beforehand so we can get to know each other and make sure we’re a good fit.
