I charge $35 in the event I have to drive your pet to the Vets.

This is just the one charge per booking even if we visit the Vet more than once. It covers my petrol & time spent at the consultation. I receive $28 after Pawshake take their cut. Thank you. 😊

I've been minding pets for a long time now. I was the "go to" animal-loving girl aged 9 caring for my neighbours pets in a large complex in Hong Kong where I spent my childhood (24 families who all owned pets from birds, fish, reptiles, dogs & cats & even a baby Monkey! 🐵) I had 13 cats of my own & our family had a Bassett Hound too as well as small reptiles (a Terrapin) & birds & fish. 

Since coming to Australia to start high school I continued my dog-walking gig & minding friend's & relative's pets. I've been engaged in well over 300 house-sits & also walked many breeds of dogs from a Bernese Mountain Dog down to a tiny 2 1/2 kg Maltese X. 

*I have lots of experience having looked after & also walked 55 different canine breeds.* 🐶

I have experience with rescue pets, reactive dogs, timid pets & those with behavioural issues & also in dog training. We engaged our dogs in formal dog training & it's a great interest of mine. 

 I also have experience walking cats who enjoy safe outdoors time on a harness & lead! 😸

I had all manner of pets for my son growing up including & not limited to 10 dogs, some amazing & much loved cats, fish, birds, mice & Guinea pigs. They were all cherished members of our family.♥️

As a pet-minder I've had experience caring for chickens (up to 14 at a time) ducks, geese, fish, caged & exotic birds, reptiles, rabbits & dogs & cats. I really enjoy all types of pets as I love all animals. 

Having a patient, gentle & unhurried nature I find animals respond well to me. 

I'm available to offer a dog-walking, drop in pet-minding & live in pet-minding/house-sitting service. 

I've always been sporty & active & have enjoyed dog-walking for quite a few decades now. As a former bushwalker & long distance runner I'm still quite fit & enjoy a brisk daily walk to brush the cobwebs away! 

*I have trained in Paramedics & Nursing so I'm pro-active in any emergency & I'm able to keep calm in any situation requiring a cool head & quick mind! 

I have extensive experience with puppies & kittens & also senior pets too. I absolutely love the oldies! 💕

I'm confident with administering any type of medication (oral tablets/liquid, eye drops & subcutaneous injections) to your pet & happy to do so.
