Hi there, my name is Victoria! I'm 18 years old and I’m a responsible and caring, self-professed animal lover. My best friend is Rufus, an easy-going 11-year-old Cavoodle. He is incredibly friendly, sociable, and well-mannered, and a true gentleman when it comes to playing with dogs both smaller and taller than him. The rest of our household consists of my parents, brother, and sister, and all five of us have spent our entire lives around pets. We are all well-experienced in caring for both cats and dogs, and I am confident administering pill medication, with years of hands-on experience.

I have cared for my own dog his entire life. Walking him twice (or more) daily, managing vet and medical appointments, grooming, enrichment, and making sure he’s always happy and entertained. Alongside this, I have several years of dog-sitting experience with a range of personalities and needs. Regulars include Sky, a large high-energy dog full of puppy joy. On walks she’s full of curiosity, often pulling at her harness, leading to my ability to confidently handle excitable dogs. I’ve also cared for Heidi, a sweet older lady (part Dachshund) who is quite nervous with new people. As part of her care, I manage her anxiety medication alongside meals and ensure she feels safe, calm, and comfortable at all times.

I also have extensive experience pet sitting cats and have cared for many over the years, each with their own unique personalities. One regular was Mia, a reserved and cautious cat who took time to warm up, but eventually grew inseparable once trust was built. I’m very patient with shy or independent cats and happy to meet them at their comfort level. I love engaging cats through play and enrichment to keep them mentally stimulated and entertained, and I’m confident maintaining routines that help them feel secure. I can also offer walking services for cats if a harness is provided.

I offer flexible and attentive home visits, as well as dog walking services. Walks involve picking your dog up from your home for a 30-minute walk and can be added on daily to a home visit. If two home visits are booked in a day, I’m also able to provide two walks, depending on what your dog is used to and comfortable with. For sociable dogs who enjoy a playmate, Rufus is more than happy to join us on walks. Though this is always optional and based entirely on your dog’s preferences. I also know all the great off-leash dog parks in the area!

As a recent 2025 high school graduate, I have lots of free time and full flexibility, allowing me to adapt to your pet’s routine and needs. I also offer full refunds for cancellations made at least one day prior to the booking, for complete peace of mind.
