My name is Xaviera, I’m originally from Chile and I’ve been living in Australia for almost three years. I’m 22 years old and currently based around Hamilton, Brisbane.

I am responsible, caring, and reliable, and I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I am happy to follow each pet’s routine and adapt to different needs, whether that includes regular feeding schedules, medication, playtime, longer walks, or shorter and calmer walks for older pets.

During walks and home visits, I prioritize safety by keeping pets on secure leashes, being attentive to their behavior and surroundings, and making sure they are always in a safe environment. My goal is to provide attentive and loving care so owners can feel confident that their pets are in good hands.

I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have grown up surrounded by dogs my entire life. Back home, I have two Yorkshire Terriers who are part of my family, and here in Australia I live with a Kelpie who has taught me so much about active and intelligent breeds.

Over the years, I’ve also taken care of many other people’s pets, not just my own. Friends and families have trusted me with their animals because I have a connection with them and understand their needs, routines, and emotions. Caring for animals doesn’t feel like a job to me it’s something I love and take seriously.

I speak both Spanish and English fluently. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Business, and this March I’ll begin my third and final year, which I can complete in a hybrid (online and on-campus) format.

I provide dog walking, one home visit per day, two home visits per day, and home sitting services. I am available every day, but please let me know in advance as I may have prior plans.
