Hello! I am Pranami, a recent PhD graduate who studied marine bacteria at ANU, Canberra. I've been living in Australia since January 2024.

I have around 10 years of experience in pet sitting in multiple cities in the world. I travel a lot for work/study and this has opened up opportunities to meet furries all over the world. I have taken care of kittens, puppies and older cats and dogs, of all sizes, big and small and also bunnies. I can give baths, trim nails, clean ears, if and when needed. I love teaching tricks to dogs, both indoor and outdoor and also love playing with them. I especially like playing seek with my dogs (I have 3, one German Shepherd and two Indian rescues), where they would be seeking me or any of their favorite toys. It's an easy indoor game to teach and dogs love it once they get the hang of it. As for cats, I know they love their "me-time" and I give them what they need. I have always had cats growing up and as for my cats, they've always been cuddlers, so I usually would walk around or sit with them on my lap. One of my recent cats loved to show affection by play-biting. And that's pretty much all she would do when we hang out. I make some DIY string toys for them to play with and that keeps them occupied for most of the time. I can also give medicine to both dogs and cats.

I am experienced with pet sitting in different places around the world like California, Beijing, Bangalore, to name a few. I update my clients with photos/videos or calls if they prefer that, atleast once a day/every other day. Pet sitting for me is more out of my ardent love of animals rather than a job. Being a pet parent myself, I understand what it means to find someone you can trust to look after your babies when you are away. It makes all the difference. This is my way of making other pet parents' vacation a little more relaxing knowing they have someone they can trust looking after their fur babies.

Due to my flexible schedule, I am available most of the day, all days a week to look after your furry friends while you are away. Spending quality time with animals for me is more like therapy and I absolutely love doing that.
