Hi! I love animals! All animals. I'm a dog mum myself, but I also love many other pets and have been the carer of cats, bunnies and birds in my home before. I have a Certificate III in Animal Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Zoology, so I also have experience with more exotic pets, including rodents, reptiles and even sheep and cows. (I am however highly allergic to horses, so I must decline working with them). I offer care visits of half an hour (or more if you would like). This could include feeding, toileting, pats and playtime, or quick cage maintenance tasks like removing recent droppings or food mess. I also have the training in how to give medication, including intravenous and intramuscular injections. If you live in an apartment like myself, I can take your dog for a short "business walk" as I call it, but I do not currently offer dog walking services. I'd love to stop by and visit your dog, cat, rabbit, lizard or beloved cow. I can put my professional skills and affinity with animals to use taking care of your special friend. Dogs in particular will try to cross the street just to meet me - but all animals are drawn to my energy. I have a calming presence, and I'm confident in dealing with animals, and regardless of the species it's important to always be intentional and know that they will pick up on your fear and hesitation. If I've never worked with your kind of animal, I will research and learn so that I can come in with that confidence and presence that is needed.
