Hi! I’m a reliable and caring pet sitter with experience looking after cats and dogs for friends, family and other pet owners. I also have two pets of my own, so I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust caring for your pets while you’re away.
I’m available weekdays and weekends and can provide one or two 30-minute home visits per day depending on your pet’s needs and routine. I’m happy to travel up to 10km for bookings.
During visits I can take care of feeding, fresh water, litter changes, toilet breaks, playtime, cuddles, basic grooming and anything else included in your pet’s normal routine. I’m comfortable with different personalities, including shy, nervous and energetic pets, and I’ll always take the time to let them become comfortable with me.
For new clients, I’m happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand so I can meet you and your pet, learn their routine and go over feeding, access and any special instructions.
I take the security of your home seriously. Keys and access details will always be kept secure and private, and I’m comfortable following instructions for alarms, gates or other home security. I’ll double-check that your home is properly locked and secure before leaving every visit.
I’ll send photos and an update after each visit, so you can see how your pet is doing. If I notice anything unusual or have any concerns, I’ll contact you straight away and follow the emergency or vet instructions you provide.
I have hands-on experience caring for pets with different personalities and needs. I’ve looked after shy and nervous pets that needed extra time to become comfortable, as well as energetic pets that needed plenty of play and attention. I’m confident following detailed feeding schedules, keeping litter areas clean, monitoring eating and drinking, and noticing changes in a pet’s normal behaviour. I understand how important it is to stick closely to an owner’s instructions, especially when a pet has a particular routine. While I don’t currently have professional experience administering medication, I’m very willing to learn and follow clear instructions from owners for pets that require basic medication.
I’ve had hands-on experience caring for pets while their owners have been away, including pets that were initially nervous or unsettled and needed extra patience and reassurance. I’ve also dealt with situations such as pets refusing their usual food, minor messes or accidents in the home, and changes in behaviour or routine. If anything unexpected happens, I stay calm, make sure the pet is safe, contact the owner and follow their instructions or emergency vet details if necessary. When I have multiple bookings, I plan my visits carefully and allow plenty of travel time so I’m not rushing between pets. For pets receiving two visits per day, I space the visits out between morning and evening so they aren’t left for unnecessarily long periods without care.
I’m comfortable caring for multi-pet households and making sure each pet receives individual attention while following their own feeding and care routine. If a pet requires medication, I’m happy to follow clear instructions from the owner and learn the correct way to administer it safely. In an emergency, I would stay calm, contact the owner immediately and, if necessary, contact their nominated vet or emergency vet and follow the emergency plan provided. I’m flexible with my availability and can generally offer morning, daytime and evening visits on both weekdays and weekends. I plan my bookings carefully so I have enough time between visits and each pet receives their full scheduled care without being rushed.

My goal is to make sure your pets are happy, comfortable and well cared for while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible.

Are you in need of someone who will take paw-some care of your pets?
Well... look no further!

Hiya, my name is Nadia and I'm 22 years old.

I've had a fair range of pets in my lifetime, ranging from guinea pigs and rabbits, to fish, to my current, gorgeous dog, Muffin!

As an avid animal lover, I understand how hard it is to leave your furry friend (even just for one night)!
If you choose me to look after your fur babies, I guarantee your little su-paw-star/s will be in good hands, as I have over five years of hands-on experience in caring for animals.

I've experienced many different behaviours within pets that I am comfortable dealing with and adjusting myself to.
Whether your fur baby is energetic and has the zoomies, or is more relaxed and sleepy, I promise I can adapt to it all!

With me as your sitter, I will ensure I spend at least seven hours a day with your lovely pets... so they won't be left alone, wondering where everyone is!

If you are interested in my care, whether it be for pet sitting in the day or night, walks or drop-in visits, please reach out to me and we can chat more about you and your pets' needs!

*Please note that I am not able to care for your pets within my own home. I am also unfortunately unable to walk dogs considered large or gigantic in size.

Hello! My name is Nimet, and I am a caring, patient, and responsible animal lover who truly enjoys spending time with pets. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, so I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they are in my care.

My motivation to become a pet sitter comes from my genuine love for animals and the happiness I feel when caring for them. I enjoy walking dogs, playing with pets, and giving them attention and companionship throughout the day. I know pets are important family members, so I always treat them with kindness, patience, and respect.

I have experience caring for dogs and cats for friends, family, and people in my community. I can help with feeding, fresh water, daily walks, playtime, companionship, and keeping pets relaxed while their owners are away. I always try to follow each pet’s normal routine because it helps them feel calm and secure.

Pets in my care are supervised closely, and they are rarely left alone for long periods. I spend most of my time at home, so pets receive regular attention, bathroom breaks, affection, and playtime throughout the day. If I ever need to leave the home, it is usually only for a short time.

My dog walks usually last between 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the dog’s age, energy level, and needs. I enjoy taking dogs to safe and quiet walking areas, local parks, and pet-friendly streets where they can exercise and explore comfortably. Active dogs can enjoy longer walks and more playtime, while older or calmer pets can have slower and shorter walks based on their comfort.

I can also care for multiple pets at the same time while making sure each pet receives individual attention and supervision. I pay close attention to different personalities and energy levels so pets feel comfortable around each other. I always introduce pets carefully and calmly when needed.

My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly with comfortable areas where pets can relax and sleep safely. Pets are welcome to sleep in cozy indoor spaces, and I make sure they always have access to water, clean areas, and a peaceful environment. I keep dangerous objects, foods, and small items safely out of reach, and I always supervise pets carefully indoors and outdoors.

For outdoor safety, dogs are always kept on a leash during walks unless in a secure pet-safe area. I closely monitor pets around roads, other animals, and unfamiliar environments to make sure they stay safe at all times.

If a pet feels anxious or nervous, I stay calm and patient and give them time to adjust at their own pace. I use a gentle approach, quiet spaces, reassurance, and positive attention to help them feel relaxed and secure. I can also follow special instructions from owners, including medication schedules, feeding routines, and basic training routines.

In unexpected situations or emergencies, I stay calm, contact the owner immediately, and seek veterinary care if needed. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing will always be my top priority.

I only accept vaccinated pets into my home to help keep all animals healthy and protected. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, loving, attentive, and reliable to care for your pet, I would be very happy to help. I will treat your pet like family and make sure they receive the love, care, and attention they deserve.

Hey, I'm originally from Germany and have been living in Australia now for two years as my Husbands family lives here. I'm currently in the last stages of my Master's degree of Architecture and luckily its 100% online so i'm able to be flexible and work from Home. So I will have time to give your Pet all the attention they need.
Throughout 2023 and 2025 I met a lot of dogs through dog sitting. With all of these dogs I took them for walks, cleaned up after them and did my best to give them a great experience. Some of these dogs I looked after for a month at a time while others were only a few days. I'm happy to say I've now cared for many different breeds of dogs (Pomeranian, Australian Cattle Dog, Kelpie, Staffy) and they all had different personalities and energy levels.
I have always loved dogs and my main experiences come from two dogs called Queenie and Ella. Our family dog, Queenie (Havanese), was my responsibility to take care of as my mother was working full-time. Queenie got really sick once when my mother was on a business trip and I was able to handle the situation very well.
My brother's dog "Ella" (Staffy) was from the pound and had a difficult past. She was a dog I spent a lot of time with. Ella was so different to Queenie as she was a lot stronger and more aggressive but after training, we grew a strong bond and now she listens to all of my commands. I am proud to say I am one of her favourite people. I also have general knowledge of caring for other animals like cats, rabbits and chickens. In the Last 2 year I've sitted up to 10 different Cats and we used to have Cats and rabbits in my childhood home.
The reason I want to be your next Dog sittier is that i have a lot of love to give and currently the flexibility to do this next to my studies. I also have to damit that I miss my family dog back in Germany terribly and always enjoy making new furry Friends that make me miss the other side of the world little less.

I’m really keen to become a dog walker and pet visitor, especially after losing my own much‑loved dog and realising how much I miss having a furry companion in my daily life. I’m in my 50s and a public servant by day, and spending time with animals is genuinely one of the highlights of my routine. I walked my own dog every day — rain or shine — and I’ve also walked friends’ dogs of all sizes and personalities, which I’ve always enjoyed. Being around animals makes me happy, and I take real care to make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and excited for their outing. I’m available for 30‑minute or 1‑hour walks in the afternoons and evenings during the week, and most times on weekends. I’m happy to follow your dog’s favourite route, and for home visits I can feed your pets, water plants, bring in mail, and spend at least 30 minutes keeping your cat or dog company.

I encountered the greatest love of my life 3.5 years ago where I got to introduce to my bestie's labradoodle. His name is Louie and he was 2 years old back then. He loves to play ball and enjoys morning and afternoon walk. Never in my life I would thought a dog could be this gentle and loving. Ever since, I feel the love for every dog that I see everywhere. Last December 2025, I had a chance to dog sit Louie while his parent was away for 3 weeks. I walked him morning and afternoon, took him for potty and poo, prepared breakfast, dinner and snack in between, played and cuddled with him and had him as my sleeping partner. My bestie has just recently moved house and so I am missing him. He's turning 5 this years. And I feel I could share some of the love to other dogs...
My services would include dog walking and home visits. I would usually take the dog for a walk in between 30-60 minutes, one on the morning and one in the afternoon. Normally we head to the park, or just walking around the neighbourhood area. I usually go to different routes if I take the dog for both morning and afernoon so that the dog could smell different things. With the home visit, a minimum of one hour is necessary to cover feeding, potty, making sure the water is enough, play with the dog and making sure the dog is comfortable enough before I go. But having said that, if you need me to stay longer that something that we can discuss upon. I am also happy to water the plant and bring in the mail durung home visit.
Thank you.

Hi! I’m a caring, reliable pet lover who understands that pets are not “just animals” — they are family. I know how important it is to feel completely at ease when someone else is looking after your fur baby, and that’s exactly the peace of mind I aim to provide.
I am an experienced dog and cat care taker too. I can understand their moods, habits, and very carefully, with the note of the pet owner as to what they want and don't want their fur babies to have.
I can control medium-sized dogs, and have a natural way of being friendly with them. I have experience with more than 40 family/ pets.
I recently moved to Melbourne and have joined Pawshake to continue my experience and love of animals as a sitter again.
I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions (if required), and any special preferences you share. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. I only accept vaccinated pets to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being.
I will also keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you never feel far away. I treat every pet as if they were my own — with love, respect, and genuine care. I can say so as I am the mother of my beautiful cat and I have been in this place. Believe me, I understand. :)
I would be happy to care for your precious companion. :)

I am a semi-retired, full-time cat Dad. I am happy to look after cats and, due to lifting restrictions, only small dogs too. I could care for your chickens and fish, and if you are away for some time, I would happily water your plants.
Leaving my cats at boarding houses in the past has not been ideal—they don’t like it. I’ve decided to offer the kind of service I want for my own cats.Cats prefer to stay at home, and usually take time to adjust to new locations.Staying at home limits stress and separation anxiety.
I look after the pets of my family and friends while they’re away, so extending this service to other people makes sense. Tailoring to your cat's needs: one or two visits a day, with quality interaction and stimulation, chasing the laser dot, or a relaxing pat or brush, depending on how they feel. I find most cats can be bribed into a pat with a treat or a game.
I have two cats who rule our roost and have my wife wrapped around their little paws: Pickles and Chai. Chai is a feral rescue cat; it took two months of slowly working up to hand-feeding her before we could pet her. Fast forward 12 months, and she sleeps on us and spends most of her time with me. We then rescued Pickles as a companion for Chai. Pickles is quite the character— Pickles loves everyone! She likes to sleep in odd positions, and can’t get enough of games like chasing the laser dot or stickball; Pickles prefers her grass hand cut by me!
I am currently building them an outdoor cat run and catio enclosure; they’re super excited. I hope to offer custom catio building as a service in the future.
A bit more about me: I grew up on farms in country Victoria with horses, cattle, sheep, chickens, dogs, and cats. We had around 30 cats on the farm in stables and other sheds, and they’d visit the dairy next door daily for free milk. Over the years, I gained experience looking after all sorts of animals, even working with vets on the farm, dealing with various problems - I know how to handle an emergency.I spent 18 years looking after horses for clients, some with values well over $100K.We also ran Cattle and sheep. And there were the house cats and dogs.I have extensive experience caring for animals of all sizes.
Due to a motorcycle accident that resulted in a spinal injury, I found myself recovering in bed for 12 months with my old cat, Mushroom, as my constant companion. Mushroom was a big help in getting me through one of the darkest times in my life. I really do know from experience how important our pets are; they’re family. Before my motorcycle accident, I worked in Real Estate for many years. I have done thousands of home inspections in that capacity.
While you’re away, I’d love to keep you updated on your fur baby's daily life by sending photo’s if you wish.... cats willing.
