I am definitely an animal lover since I was a kid. My mom taught me a lot about compassion and care for them. Eventually, I decided to have my own pup babies, a pomeranian named Yuki and a toy poodle, Truffles. They both opened up my heart to give more love and have a bigger family.
I eventually started rescue and rehabilitation for some street cats and dogs. Others ended up being a part of the family, cats like Churchie (fell out of a confession booth in a church), Blue (white cat with blue eyes), and George, one of 4 kittens that I saw a man almost throwing in a sewer. His other siblings, John, Paul and Ringo, were adopted. My 4th cat was a gift, a grey persian named Nimbus.
I have experiences with:
I'm not working at the moment so I usually spend my days with dog walks, day care, sitting or house visits. I live in a one bedroom apartment in Glebe with my boyfriend. No pets of our own. But we both enjoy the company. He's a massive dog lover as well.
We usually the dogs we sit for sleep in the bedroom on their bed, and cuddle on our bed in the morning.
Our place is a very short walk to Jubilee Park, Glebe foreshore park and the Tramsheds, definitely suitable for walks which I do enjoy doing.
Big thanks to Katrina for taking care our 12yo dog, MoMo. Katrina was a great petsitter for our dog during 11days in her care. She updated us with the pictures and we also able to check through her instastory. Definitely will use her service again next time.
Katrina helped us at very short notice. Thank you very much!😀
She will look after your pet (dog) probably better than you do.
I registered nurse, regrets for not doing vet nursing instead. But I have years of experience with handling dogs and even caring for sick ones who need meds.
