Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with dogs and have always had a natural love and connection with animals. Caring for them brings me so much joy, and I understand that pets are cherished members of the family. I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy who will provide the same love, care, and attention you would give them yourself.

I have many years of personal experience caring for dogs through having pets of my own, including my Dachshund girl. While I don’t have professional pet-care qualifications, I have a lifetime of hands-on experience understanding dogs’ personalities, routines, exercise needs, and the importance of creating a safe and loving environment.

I offer a home-away-from-home experience where your dog will be treated as part of the family. My routine includes at least two big walks each day, whether it’s exploring the beach or visiting the park, along with plenty of playtime, cuddles, and companionship. Dogs are welcome to relax inside, be part of the household, and even sleep on the bed if that is what they are used to.

Dogs in my care are never left home alone for long periods. On the rare occasion I need to step out, they will only ever be left alone for a maximum of couple of hours, ensuring they continue to receive plenty of company, attention, and care throughout their stay. My home is a safe, secure, and comfortable environment where dogs can feel relaxed and settled.

I am comfortable administering medications when required and will carefully follow any instructions provided by owners. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I will act quickly, contact you immediately, and seek veterinary assistance if needed to make sure your pet receives the best possible care.

I mainly care for small dogs, as this suits my home environment and my own dog’s routine. I welcome friendly, well-socialised dogs who enjoy companionship and being part of a loving household.
