Hi! We are a caring, responsible, and trustworthy couple from Brazil 🇧🇷 currently living in Brisbane. Animals have always been a big part of our lives, and we truly enjoy spending time with pets of all personalities and sizes.

We have experience caring for dogs and cats through our own pets, family pets, and helping friends while they travel or work. We understand that every pet has different needs, so we always adapt to their routine and personality to help them feel safe, comfortable, and happy.

We are patient with shy or anxious pets and always give them time to build trust at their own pace. We have also helped care for multiple pets at the same time, making sure each one receives individual attention, exercise, and affection. If a pet requires medication or special care instructions, we carefully follow the owner’s routine and preferences.

For energetic dogs, we enjoy active walks, playtime, and activities that keep them mentally stimulated. Walks are usually between 30 minutes and 1 hour depending on the pet’s age, energy level, and needs. We also adapt our visits based on the pet’s home environment, weather, and daily habits to make them feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

As a couple, one of us is usually available during the day, so pets receive plenty of supervision, companionship, and care. We prefer caring for a smaller number of pets at once so we can provide more attention and a calm environment.

Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always our priority. In unexpected situations, we stay calm, contact the owner immediately, and seek veterinary assistance if necessary. We are also clean, organized, and respectful of your home.

We know how important communication is, so we are happy to send regular updates, photos, and messages while you are away. We would love the opportunity to care for your furry family member and make them feel loved, safe, and comfortable.
