Hi, we’re Karoline and João 😊

We are a Brazilian couple who have always had dogs as part of our family. Since moving to Australia, we deeply miss that daily companionship, and joining Pawshake felt like a natural way to stay close to dogs while helping other pet parents feel safe when they’re away.

We offer dog boarding in our apartment, with a clear daily routine: supervised time, regular potty breaks, daily walks, playtime and lots of affection. Feeding always follows the owner’s instructions, and we respect each dog’s habits and personality.

Our apartment is safe and dog-friendly. Windows and doors stay closed, and we have a spacious, covered balcony where dogs can relax outdoors safely. Indoors, dogs have plenty of tiled space to play and sleep in a comfortable spot in our living area (or with us, if preferred). We only take a limited number of dogs at a time, to keep things calm and give each one individual attention.

We have hands-on experience with small breeds, so we’re especially comfortable with smaller, sensitive dogs. For everyone’s safety, we only accept vaccinated pets, and in case of an emergency we act fast: contacting the owner right away and taking the dog to the nearest vet if needed.

We know how important trust is, so we’re happy to send regular photo and message updates. Your dog will be treated with love and care, just like family. 🩵🐾
