About Bailey
Not trying to sell you anything — just simply lending a hand to walk and care for any type of dog you may have.
I’ve always genuinely loved being around dogs and enjoy spending time with them, whether that’s going for a structured walk, helping them burn off energy, playing with them, or simply giving them company while you’re busy or away.
I’m confident handling all kinds of dogs — from small, relaxed breeds to large, strong, high-energy dogs. I understand every dog has its own personality, routine, and needs, so I adapt my approach to suit the individual dog rather than treating every dog the same.
I’ve personally worked with energetic dogs, strong pullers, dogs that become overstimulated on walks, and dogs that are reactive or nervous around certain environments. Having worked through reactivity with my own dog, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, calm handling, and reading body language properly. I know how important it is to stay composed and help dogs feel secure rather than adding stress to situations.
Walks are structured based on the dog in front of me. Some dogs need calm and slower-paced walks, while others benefit from more exercise, engagement, and mental stimulation. I pay close attention to behaviour, energy levels, and surroundings throughout the walk to keep dogs focused, comfortable, and safe.
For first-time walks or visits, I’m happy to take things slowly and allow your dog to get comfortable with me at their own pace. Building trust is important, especially for nervous or reactive dogs.
Safety always comes first. I avoid risky off-leash situations unless specifically discussed, carry water during hotter weather when needed, and keep awareness of the environment during walks. I’m also happy to follow any routines, handling preferences, or training methods you already have in place.
To make sure every dog gets proper attention and handling, I usually focus on one dog at a time or dogs from the same household. This allows me to keep walks controlled, safe, and tailored to the dog’s individual needs.
Services can include walks, feeding, playtime, toilet breaks, basic care, and keeping your dog company while you’re out. Walks are usually around 30–60 minutes depending on your dog’s routine and energy levels.
I’m also happy to provide photo or message updates during or after walks so you know your dog is doing well.
I’m flexible with availability and happy to discuss times, routines, or any important details beforehand.
My goal is simple: make sure your dog is properly looked after, gets the care and exercise they need, and comes home happy.
