Hey, I'm Wendy!

I'm an 18 year old university student currently looking for a part-time job while continuing my studies. I've loved animals for as long as I can remember, especially dogs, and I've been lucky enough to grow up surrounded by their unconditional love and loyalty.

Over the years, I've cared for many companions ranging from turtles, dogs, aquariums, cats, bunnies and my most recent being Chloe the german shepherd. Every experience has only strengthened my passion for animals, as well as develop the skills to understand and provide for them. I've always found myself drawn to them, sometimes even more than people aha. I'm hoping to welcome another dog into my family soon, along with a snake!

I have worked at a doggy daycare called cuddlecubs in the past and I absolutely thrived in that environment. Being fortunate enough to have such a profession is something I would love to continue to do. My role involved supervising, walking (on and off leash), providing enriching activities, cleaning, playing, resolving conflicts, feeding, and much more. Additionally, I often look after my friends' animals when they're away, as well as walking the neighbours' dogs!

I was recently medically discharged from the army, and I'm hoping to keep my momentum alive by channelling that same dedication and sense of purpose into my studies, while doing something I genuinely love; caring for animals. Whether your companion is fluffy, feathery, wet, or scaly, I'd love the opportunity to give them the care, attention, and affection they deserve.
