Hi, I'm Shea!

My husband and I live in a lovely 2 storey town home with a fully fenced in courtyard and are only a 5min walk to the stunning Banks Street Reserve.

We are in our mid 30's and early 50's. We are looking to help some locals out whilst enriching our day to day lives with your beautiful fur-baby, whilst we do not have our own dog, we have both owned dogs previously and do plenty of dog-sitting for our friends and family.

We enjoy being outdoors as much as we do relaxing in our courtyard listening to music and having a BBQ, the local pub that is dog-friendly is also one of our fave spots to visit!

Our space has a spare room for lounging in the AC on hot days, all tiled floors with carpets upstairs - don't worry, we have a professional grade carpet shampoo machine if there happens to be any little accidents.

We can't wait to hear from you and answer any and all questions you may have.

I’m a responsible, kind-hearted pet carer with a genuine love for animals and growing hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats for friends, family, and local clients. I follow consistent routines to ensure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Dog walks are usually 30–60 minutes depending on energy levels, always adjusted to the pet’s pace and needs. I’ve handled nervous pets, leash pulling, and shy animals by using patience, calm energy, and positive reassurance to build trust.

During home visits, I follow a clear routine: feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, cleaning if needed, playtime, and companionship. I always check that pets are safe and comfortable before leaving.

I manage my schedule carefully to handle multiple bookings responsibly, making sure each pet gets full attention without rushing. I’m available weekdays and weekends with flexible hours.

If any issue arises, I stay calm, monitor the situation, and contact the owner or vet if needed. I also provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

I ADORE furry friends. Not just in the "Pat Pat, you're a good dog/kitty" kind of way...no, no. I will go out of my way to connect and chat with your fur baby like they're a human friend. My love for animals is my motivation for wanting to become a pet sitter. I have looked after many friends dogs and have entertained many local cats and dogs in my house as well (open door policy, all are welcome ). I understand the stress of hoping someone will care for your pet like you do when your away. I will be there not only to feed and water your special friend, but to spend time with them doing what they love (from throwing balls in the park to sitting on the couch and watching a movie togethe). I'll always send updates and photos so you can feel connected and have peace of mind your furry loved one is happy, healthy and safe. I'd love to take the time to meet your furry one and chat about what makes them tick (and what doesn't) so we I can create the best experience possible for them.
