I have traveled in Australia for 2 years, done lots of pet sits, visited festivals and volunteered there, worked as an event assistant. But also worked for the film industry in Gold Coast (as a background actor) and for the government (in Electoral Commission Queensland) for 9 months during the election year (2024). In Estonia I've worked in different theatres and a museum (Arvo Pärt Centre) as a front desk manager and a project manager. I've also organised an international theatre festival NAKS for young audiences for several years in Estonia as a festival director and a producer.
Besides animals I love film, theatre, dance and contemporary circus. My hobbies are yoga, acro yoga, partner acrobatics, pilates, hiking, photography, arts and grafts. My favourite countries for traveling have been Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Iceland and Portugal. I love my own country, Estonia a lot as well - it's a tiny little, very innovative and progressive country in North East of Europe in the Baltic states famous for its fast internet (and creating Skype), e-services and start ups, clean nature, pure food and fresh air, lots of forest and wetlands/bogs, islands (like Saaremaa where I was born), idyllic Nordic summers and long cold winters. Estonians are a bit introverted and reserved at first, but actually really friendly, honest, reliable and sincere people. We have lots of theatres, culture events and traditional song and dance festivals.
I started pet sitting two years ago while traveling in Australia in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Since then I've loved it and really enjoyed it! I have done 16 pet sits in Australia (from 2 days to 4 months long periods), recently also few in Estonia with bigger and smaller dogs and cats too. I like to walk with dogs at least 40 min to 1 hour in parks, near the river or around the neighbourhood to discover the surroundings, choosing different paths.&nbsp;
I live in North Brisbane myself in Alderley, which is a beautiful green and hilly location with parks and nature reserves. I love that neighbourhood. But I can also easily drive to other parts of Brisbane and do walks there. If needed I can also drive the dogs. I walk one or two dogs at time. Pet sitting and the walks keep me active and healthy. I love communicating with animals and learn about their characteristics. They keep me calm and balanced which is nice.
So, I do daily dog walks and shorter or longer pet sittings (at pets' own home) (days, weeks or months long).&nbsp;
I'm not taking pets to my home, unfortunately it's not possible at the moment.&nbsp;
I'm available in the mornings and at noon, from Thursday to Sunday also in the afternoons and evenings. When I do house/pet sits and home visits then I can also water the plants, take the mail and give medicine to the pets if needed.

I have owned a pet for as long as I can remember, not just dogs though, cats, birds, fish, crabs and mice also.Throughout this I have learnt that not only is one animal different from another, but their personalities range so broadly, and each animal should have an experience tailored to their personality. I would be more than happy to cuddle, run, play, bath and even groom your animals (good at nail clipping, but shaving is a bit of a struggle).Over the years of owning different pets, I have learned a great deal of things, particularly about dogs, and because of this I am able to make sure your pet stays both safe and happy the whole time I am with them, especially if being taken for a walk. I am also able to tell when there is something wrong and will immediately take action to fix the problem. I have also learnes of some really amazing places to take your dogs, and would love to show your pet these places as well.I am able to feed your pet, walk them, know when they need water and will make sure they have it at all times, I am also able to cut dogs nails. I am also able to bath your pet and brush them afterwards, I have experience with long haired dogs, one of my babies is an Alaskan Malamute.I look forward to getting to know your pets.

My husband and I live in a lovely 2 storey town home with a fully fenced in courtyard and are only a 5min walk to the stunning Banks Street Reserve.

We are in our mid 30's and early 50's. We are looking to help some locals out whilst enriching our day to day lives with your beautiful fur-baby, whilst we do not have our own dog, we have both owned dogs previously and do plenty of dog-sitting for our friends and family.

We enjoy being outdoors as much as we do relaxing in our courtyard listening to music and having a BBQ, the local pub that is dog-friendly is also one of our fave spots to visit!

Our space has a spare room for lounging in the AC on hot days, all tiled floors with carpets upstairs - don't worry, we have a professional grade carpet shampoo machine if there happens to be any little accidents.
