Hi! I’m Ludovica, a qualified veterinarian originally from Italy, currently living in Erskineville. I’m not working in clinical practice at the moment as I’m completing a PhD at the University of Sydney focused on wildlife diseases. My love for animals has always been a big part of my life, both personally and professionally. 

While I don’t have a formal pet-sitting experience, I’ve always had dogs at home (a small dachsund named Isotta and a Labrador named Poldo — and being a veterinarian means your pet's health, safety and comfort are always a priority. I am attentive and confident in recognising changes in behaviour or well being.  

I live near Sydney Park, which is a wonderful area for walks and outdoor play. I am a very outdoorsy person myself, so if your pet enjoys it and you agree, I'd be happy to take them for longer walks or even a gentle run. I can also host pets at my place, which is a safe, quite and relaxed environment where your pet can feel at ease. 

I’m really looking forward to caring after animals — I miss my own dog who’s back in Italy, so spending time with pets here will be extra special for me.
