Who is going to take care of your pet? 

Hi! 

My name is Edwina, 20 years old, and I am a huge animal lover! I love all types of animals and I am sure your baby pet will love having me over while you are away. I am a student in thebUniversity of Sydney since this semester. (I studied and lived in France before that, will me your pet can learn French! ;)) 

I do sports and I am a very creative person. I also am very social not towards pets but also towards people so taking contact with me will never be an issue. 

I speak fluent French, English and Spanish, you can contact me in any of these 3 languages.  

My experience: 

I have a cat and a dog, both rescued animals.  

My dog is very stressed and scared I therefore have a lot of experience when it comes to shy and afraid pets. I will always make sure your pet feels safe around me, never forcing any contact while being very aware of their needs while I petisit. My dog struggles with eating as he is stressed so I grew very patient around animals. If your pet needs me to be next to them while they eat I will no problem doing so. 

My cat is very energetic and needs a lot of playtimes, so I am used to it if your cat loves to play. Your pets will not be bored with me, but I also am aware of the nap times they may need and will never force them into any type of activities if they need alone time.  

I also walk a lot, so I will love taking your dog on long walks. I often went out for around an hour and a half with my dog, I can adapt to any walking time for yours depending on its enegry. I am experienced with dogs being scared outside and pulling a lot on the leash, it won’t be a problem for me if your dog does the same, I will take the needed time with them to feel comfortable. 

My dog was trained by me, I therefore know a few training technics to teach dogs how to sit, lay down or give the paw and also facilitate everyday moments if your pet is stressed, however I am not a professional, my advice and training of your pet will of course not be as strictly done than with a real pet trainer. I however totally can help you have a more relaxed dog or train them for a few cute tricks, which is also beneficial for their mental reinforcement.  

I can also wash your pet as I am used to doing it with my dog so you can find them clean once you come home.  

I also am available for house sitting for which I have experience. I am used to living alone since a long time. I am clean and responsible, your house will be in good hands with me, making sure everything is good and your house is safe while you are away.  

My motivation:  

I am looking for a side job from my studies and since I am very close to animals, I would love to help people take care of their pets while they are away. I know how heart breaking it is to leave your pet at home for even just a few hours, so I am very happy to hang out with them for a while during your long workdays or other. 

My Flexibility: 

Being a student, I cannot offer to keep your pets in my home, my residence has a strict no pet policy, I am however very available during the week. Except on Thursdays, I always have minimum 2 hours a day when I can take the time to go to your home and take care of your pet (feeding, walking, playing, company…). 

I am in Newtown and being quite in the center I can come very easily wherever you live in Sydney to be here for your pet, even on a last-minute notice.

Disclaimer: I might have to ask an add on if the travel expenses are too high but it will very propbably never be the case. (just notting that hereso you have all the necessary informations for you to feel happy with me taking care of your pet.)

Overall : 

I am engaged in taking care of your pet like I would take care of mine, making sure they are happy while they are with me and safe. I am a very lively person with your pet will never be bored and will feel at home around me until their family (aka you) come back. You will find your pet happy, whose needs are met, when you come back and will be able to spend your free time cuddling your baby while knowing they were not alone while you were away. 

I will also make sure to send you pictures of your pet, because we all know how amazing it is to recieve cute pictures of our babies while we are not here and because it is alawys important for you to know that your pet is well cared of.
