👋 About Us

Hi! We’re Joel (Australian) and Emma (British), a caring, reliable couple who absolutely love animals! We create calm, structured environments so your pets feel happy and safe.

• Emma works from home as a Social Media Manager for a baby and pet company part-time.

• Joel a nurse works part-time from home.

As we work from home, we can play, cuddle, and provide attention all day. We’re also flexible with walks and routines to suit your pets needs.

Peace of mind:

• 10 years of experience caring for animals

• Both have Working With Children Checks

• First aid trained

• Joel is a registered nurse

Since we don’t have pets of our own, your pet will receive our full attention and care.

📍 Location & Flexibility

• Residence: Elwood – perfectly located for bookings in Elwood and nearby suburbs.

• Pick-up & Drop-off: We both drive and have cars, so we can easily pick up or drop off your pet. But if you would like to bring your pet to us that perfect to!

🐶 Our Experience

We’ve cared for a wide range of animals, including:

• Rescue dogs

• Large breeds

• Anxious dogs (Joel rescued a Whippet x Staffy with anxiety from the RSPCA and has dealt with other anxious dogs also)

• Small breeds

• Cats with different personalities

Emma also completed a long-term house sit caring for:

• 3 dogs

• 2 cats

• 2 horses

• 21 chickens

• A wallaby (bottle-fed!)

We’re confident managing multi-pet households, detailed feeding routines, and individual behaviours.

🏡 Boarding & Walks

We live in a secure, ground-floor flat in Elwood with a fenced yard perfect for playtime, toilet breaks, and general enrichment.

Dog Walking & Visits:

• 30-minute walks (once or twice daily)

• Longer walks for high-energy dogs if needed

Boarding:

• At least one daily walk (more if required)

• Sleeping arrangements based on what your dog is used to

• We follow house rules (furniture boundaries, crates, feeding schedules)

• Can prepare pre-provided meals

Meet-and-greets are always welcome before booking.

🩺 Safety & Requirements

For everyone’s safety, we only accept:

• Vaccinated pets

• Dogs on regular flea and worm treatment

• Fully house-trained dogs

We’re happy to discuss reactive dogs for walking or home visits if suitable.

We also provide regular photo updates so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and safe.
