Hi! I’m Camila, a qualified veterinarian from Argentina living in Melbourne. I run Petsitteando together with my partner Fede, and animals have always been a big part of our lives. Caring for your pet isn’t just a job for us, it’s what we love doing every day. What makes us different is my clinical background. I’m confident giving oral medications, eye and ear drops and injections such as insulin, monitoring pets with ongoing health conditions, and recognising early signs that something isn’t right. We’ve cared for anxious dogs, seniors, cats on prescription diets and dogs with heart conditions, so you can relax knowing your companion is in experienced hands. Working as a team also means more flexibility and reliable backup, so your pet is always covered. What we offer (always at your home, so your pet stays in their familiar environment): Home visits (30 or 60 min): feeding, fresh water, litter cleaning, playtime and cuddles, plus any medications your pet needs. Up to 3 visits a day can be booked. Dog walks (30min): We pick your dog up from home. We walk one household’s dogs at a time. Dogs stay on lead unless you confirm they have reliable recall. House sitting: We stay overnight, keeping your pets company and following their routine. Mobile vet nurse or at home: nail trims, ear cleaning, anal gland expression and basic grooming (extra cost, done by me). Just ask! :) During house sits we treat your home as if it were our own: We keep it clean and tidy, clean up after your pets, bring in the mail, take out the bins, water the plants and make sure everything is locked when we leave. We always leave your home just as we found it. Pets needing intensive care (frequent medication, wound care or round the clock monitoring) are welcome, though pricing may vary. We have flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. We send photo and video updates during every visit so you always know how your pet is going. Send us a message and let’s organise a meet and greet!
