Hi, my name is Jeannie! I'm a passionate dog mum of a 3 year old Kelpie x, some may even call me a crazy dog lady! 

I have been working with dogs for over two and a half years now and I absolutely love it. Together with my dog Loki, I used to work at an outdoor doggy daycare up on the Central Coast, where I spent my work days engaging with dogs of all sizes, ages and breeds. I absolutely love it! Dog breeds and their different purposes fascinate me and I love to see their breed specific traits in action. I'm a true believer in positive reinforcement and mental enrichment, which is why I love to do different activities with the dogs in my care throughout the day (sniffing games, bubbles, sprinklers, you name it!) While working at the doggy daycare, I also worked as a dog walker.
When my dog was just a puppy, I attended two different puppy schools with him (owning a working dog in suburbia comes with big responsibility and I wanted to make sure I can give him the life he deserves). When he got older, we attended obedience classes at the Manly Kennel Club. These days, you'll find us on the Aglity field. In my free time, I have also completed a certificate in advanced canine behaviour at tafe. As you can see, I really really love dogs.
I got very lucky with the house I live in - it has a huge backyard that is fully fenced,and I believe it would be a crime not to share it with other doggies while their owners are at work. I offer full day dogminding to people on the Northern Beaches (pick up and drop off included for doggies living between Elanora Heights & Manly) because I believe that every dog deserves to have the best time when away from their owners - to me, dog minding isn't just about throwing the dogs in the yard and leaving them to their own devices - I will spend the day with them, making sure they're safe, happy and engaged.

For homestays, your dog will be part of the family! Nothing is worse than worrying if your furry family member is happy whilst they're away from their families. 

I send daily updates with photos and videos to dog owners to keep them in the loop and give them peace of mind.
