Hi, I’m Alannah! 🐾 If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I absolutely LOVE dogs and genuinely believe they’re part of the family! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I have my own little pug, Bailey, who is 8 years old and currently living his best life back home in Ireland with my mam while I’m in Australia. I miss him terribly, so looking after other people’s dogs gives me the perfect excuse to have some furry company! 🥹🐶

I also had my gorgeous dog Bruciez, who sadly passed away, and he suffered with anxiety. Having cared for him personally, I understand that every dog is completely different and that some need a little extra patience, reassurance, love and understanding. I know the importance of learning their personality, their likes and dislikes, their routine, what makes them comfortable and even the funny little things that make them them! I never want a dog to feel like they’re simply being “minded” — I want them to feel safe, loved and completely at home.

I offer both short-term and long-term stays at my house, as well as house visits, dog walking, playtime, feeding, cuddles, attention and cleaning up after them. I’m very happy to follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, whether that means early morning walks, lots of playtime, afternoon naps, dinner at a certain time or plenty of couch cuddles! I’m also more than happy to accommodate dogs who are nervous, anxious, clingy, energetic or just need a little extra attention. Before any booking, I always like to meet you and your dog beforehand. I think this is really important because it gives me the chance to get to know your dog properly, allows them to meet me and get comfortable with me, and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and feel completely confident leaving them in my care. 🥰

My home is big and spacious with loads of room for dogs to run around, relax and make themselves comfortable. I have both a front and back garden, and the property is fully secured with electric gates, so safety is always a huge priority. I want them to have plenty of space to play and explore while also having a calm, cosy place to relax when they’ve had enough excitement. I’ll happily send you regular photos and updates while you’re away too, because I know how hard it can be leaving your dog behind and wondering what they’re up to! I want you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing they’re being looked after, getting lots of love and probably being a little bit spoiled!💕🐾
