Hi! I’m Evie, originally from New Zealand and currently living in Scarborough while spending some time in Perth. I grew up on a farm surrounded by animals, so dogs have always been a big part of my life. I really miss having them around, which is why I love opportunities to spend time with other people’s dogs.

I’m a very active person and spend a lot of time outdoors walking and exploring. Living near the Scarborough dog beach and local parks means there are plenty of great places for dogs to get exercise, fresh air, and a good adventure. Dogs make the best company on walks, and I love getting to know their different personalities.

I’ve also spent time living in France where I walked dogs for people locally, which I absolutely loved. Over the years I’ve also house-sat and dog-sat for friends and families, so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs, keeping to their routines, and making sure they feel relaxed and safe while their owners are away.

Availability:

I currently have full availability (as I'm job hunting), so I’m very flexible for dog walking, or day dog sitting at my house during that time.

I’m happy to pick up your dog and take them for a walk while you’re at work, then drop them home afterwards if you’re in the neighbourhood.

My home:

I live in a house with a fully fenced yard, so it’s a safe space if your dog stays with me. Being close to parks and the dog beach also means plenty of opportunities for exercise and outdoor time.

A bit more about me:

I’ve been around dogs my entire life and genuinely love their company. I’m patient, responsible, and attentive to each dog’s needs—whether that’s a big energetic walk or just some relaxed companionship.

Bonus points if your dog is a sausage dog (dachshund) — they’re my favourite! But I truly love dogs of all shapes and sizes.
