For me, dogs have never just been pets. They’re family, little souls who love us in the purest way and somehow make even the hardest days feel a little brighter.

My family rescued our dog during COVID, and almost seven years later, they’re still such a special part of our lives. Watching them grow and sharing so many little moments together has made me realise just how much love an animal can bring into a home. They may only be a part of our lives, but to them, we are their whole world. And I think that’s something truly special. ❤️

That’s why I understand how important it is to find someone you can genuinely trust with your fur babies. Whether it’s taking your dog for a walk, visiting your home to feed your cat, or simply keeping your pets company while you’re away, I’ll treat every visit with the same love, patience and care I’d want for my own.

Every pet has their own routine and personality, so I’m happy to tailor my visits and walking times to suit your pet’s needs and your preferences. Whether your dog enjoys a leisurely stroll or a more active walk, we can work out a routine that suits them best. I’d be happy to take them to nearby parks or along local walking trails, depending on what they enjoy and where you’d prefer them to go.

Your pet’s safety is always a priority during walks. If we encounter another dog along the way, I’ll proactively change direction or move to another path where possible to give them space and help avoid unnecessary close encounters. I want every walk to be a safe, calm and enjoyable experience for your furry friend.

I’m also happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and any instructions you leave, whether that means sticking to their favourite walking route, making sure they have fresh food and water, or giving them extra cuddles and attention. I understand that every pet has different needs, so I’ll always take the time to help them feel safe, comfortable and loved.

With a fairly flexible schedule, I’m happy to discuss visit durations and arrange times that work best for you and your pets. Whether you need a quick check-in, a feeding visit, some playtime and company, or a longer visit, I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.

For house sitting and overnight stays, I understand that I’m not only looking after your pets but also taking care of your home. I’ll follow your household instructions carefully, make sure doors and windows are secured when appropriate, keep keys safe, and check that everything is locked up properly whenever I leave. I’ll also keep you updated so you can feel reassured that both your pets and your home are in good hands.

If anything unexpected comes up, I’ll contact you as soon as possible, follow your instructions and work with you to decide on the best next steps. I’m also more than happy to send regular photos and updates, so you can have peace of mind and feel a little closer to your fur babies while you’re away. 📸🐶🐱

Most of all, I want you to feel at ease knowing your little ones are being cared for by someone who genuinely understands how much they mean to you. Whether it’s a fun walk, their favourite treat (with your permission!), or simply some company and cuddles, I want every visit to be a positive experience for them.
