I started pet sitting as favour for a friend who was going travelling for a month, so I looked after his dog, Hunter in 2014/15. That went so well I ended up staying with him for almost a year, taking Hunter for walks twice a day every day, feeding him and cleaning his area. Then, in 2019, back to Brazil (where I’m originally from), I started pet sitting regularly for a friend who had 10 cats and one dog (Ozzy). I stayed at her house at least for a month every year while she traveled for work or holidays. Then, another house with 4 lovely cats. Now back to Australia I have been cat sitting through apps and groups and it has been a great experience, since I absolutely love animals.

I am also a support worker and visual artist. I'm very calm and I like to spend time at home so we keep each other company. Working as carer has made me develop skills and use my own characteristics such as being empathetic, responsible and communicating in different ways, I believe this is one of my fortes as a pet sitter as well, I pay attention to animals needs and I'm always there for them because I do it out of love.
