Hello, and thanks for popping by!

I’m a professional living in Cremorne Point with my beautiful rescue American Staffy, Zena. We’re hoping to find a lovely local house and pet-sitting arrangement over the Christmas and New Year holidays.

My office closes from 21 December until 8 January, and rather than travelling away, I’d love to enjoy a little summer staycation close to home while helping someone else enjoy their holiday with complete peace of mind.

A little about us 🐾

Zena is a mellow, affectionate, house-trained, desexed and vaccinated girl who is friendly with other dogs.

We currently live in an apartment, so I’m very accustomed to taking her out several times each day for walks, exercise and fresh air. We enjoy a quiet, relaxed routine with plenty of outdoor adventures, companionship and afternoon snoozes.

I’m tidy, responsible, respectful of other people’s homes and genuinely enjoy caring for animals.

What I’m offering 🏡

I’m offering house and pet sitting completely free of charge in exchange for the opportunity to enjoy a little holiday in your home with Zena.

I’m delighted to help with:

• Feeding, walking and caring for your dogs according to their usual routines.

• Plenty of companionship, affection and supervision.

• Watering plants, tending to the garden and collecting mail.

• Keeping your home beautifully clean and tidy.

• Putting bins out, running agreed household errands and assisting with other reasonable tasks.

• Regular updates and photographs while you’re away.

• I’m perfectly happy spending my holidays quietly at home with the dogs, enjoying their company and making sure they’re comfortable and well cared for.

What we’re looking for ☀️

Ideally, a home within approximately 1 km of Cremorne Point, allowing me to move easily between my own apartment and yours when needed.

Zena would accompany me, so we’d arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand to ensure everyone gets along. The dogs would always be appropriately supervised and safely separated when necessary.

Access to a car is essential to our arrangement, as I’d love to take the dogs on occasional beach outings and little summer adventures. Naturally, this would be subject to your permission, appropriate insurance coverage and agreed vehicle arrangements.

A secure garden or outdoor space would be a wonderful bonus!

There’s no house-sitting or pet-sitting fee. I’m simply proposing a mutually beneficial exchange: you enjoy your Christmas holiday knowing your home and pets are in caring hands, while Zena and I enjoy a little summer getaway close to home.

I’m available between 21 December 2026 and 8 January 2027, and happy to discuss shorter stays within that period.

I’d love to meet beforehand, introduce the dogs, discuss everyone’s needs and provide references.
