My name is Cat, and I am an outdoor-loving, active professional woman in my 60s with a deep passion for animals. I adore them, and they seem to reciprocate that love! 

Now settled in Corlette, Port Stephens, I am available to provide a trustworthy local pet support service within the THE BAY area.

I have extensive experience caring for pets of all varieties and sizes, including horses, cows, goats, sheep, peacocks, dogs of all breeds, cats, ducks, geese, and even tropical goldfish. Over the years, I've had the privilege of pet-sitting across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria. As a seasoned pet sitter with 5-star reviews on platforms like Aussie Housesitters (please see the Photo Gallery for a snapshot of my reviews), I specialise in providing exceptional care for your beloved pets. 

Throughout the years, I have raised pets alongside my children and grandchildren, including rabbits, ducks, fish, and various large dogs. My Rottweiler and German Shepherd dogs were well-trained as puppies; they never needed a leash once they learned their place in our family 'pack'. Occasionally, I would adopt a dog into our family that had been mistreated. 

Being somewhat nomadic over the past decade, I've channeled my love for animals into caring for the pets of others, including farm animals. My eldest daughter recently added a Bernese Mountain Dog named Otis to her family, and I quickly became his 'Nanny.' Late last year, I had the joy of spending two weeks with him while the family travelled to Vietnam. 

As part of my dog walking and pet support services, I offer a variety of tailored options to meet the needs of you and your cherished pets:

• Home Visits (once or twice a day): During home visits, I typically stay with your pets for about 30 minutes. This includes playing with them, feeding, changing litter boxes, watering plants, and bringing in your mail. I prefer to arrive early, around 6 AM, and can return for a second visit later in the afternoon if requested.
• Dog Walking: I will walk your dog locally for 30 minutes, with longer or beach walks available upon negotiation. Dog walking can be scheduled twice a day, either individually or with another dog, provided they have a good rapport.
• Pet Sitting: At this time, I do not offer overnight pet sitting in your home.
• Medication: I can administer medication as instructed.
• Dog Behavior Training: I have experience in dog reactivity training.
