Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and honestly, I’d much rather spend my day with a dog or cat than doing almost anything else! I’ve grown up around pets and have always been the person who stops to say hello to every animal I meet.

I have my own rescue dog, Zoe, who is very special to us. She had already been through four homes before coming to us, and we decided she deserved someone who wouldn’t give up on her. She’s now settled into our family and is a completely loved member of it. I also adopted Mike, my cat, last year, and he is genuinely the love of my life. He has such a personality and has completely stolen my heart.

I’m a big walker myself, so dogs in my care will get plenty of opportunity to stretch their legs and explore. I’ll happily set out thinking I’m going for a 30-minute walk and somehow end up staying out much longer because we’re enjoying ourselves!

I offer overnight care in my home, with walks included, as well as home visits for dogs, cats and birds. Overnight care includes company, attention, play, cuddles, feeding and walks. Home visits are tailored around your pet’s normal routine, whether they need feeding, fresh water, a toilet break, playtime, cuddles or simply someone to keep them company.

I’m home-based, with a fenced yard, so pets aren’t simply left alone for hours while I’m out at work. I do have my own dog and a young child, so I’m careful about making sure any dog staying here is comfortable around children and other dogs.

Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, relaxed and genuinely cared for while you’re away.
