Hi! We are Fran and Sofi, a couple from Argentina, and we have been together for 9 years. Fran is a Lawyer and Sofi is an Environmental Engineer. We've loved animals since we were kids, each of us always had a pet around and have grown in animal-loving families.
We enjoy traveling, and one of the things we like the most is seeing animals in their natural environment. We are living in Australia, and aiming to enjoy new experiences and get to know new cultures. I love all animals, particularly cats. As a cat mum myself, I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, comfortable and well cared for in their own home, especially given how much most cats dislike change.
I have hands-on experience caring for my own cat, who has been on palliative care for the past two years. This has given me a strong understanding of administering medication, monitoring wellbeing, noticing changes that may require veterinary attention, and providing gentle, attentive care, particularly for senior or unwell cats.
I have previous cat sitting experience and have grown up with cats, all with their own unique personalities and quirks. While I’m currently focused on cat care, I have also dog sat in the past and am comfortable managing different needs.
I’m currently on maternity leave, which means I have reliable availability for daytime visits and can spend quality time with your cat during each check-in. I spend around 30-45 minutes per visit to ensure they receive companionship, play, and a thorough wellbeing check, not just the basics. I will always tailor each visit to your cat’s preferences.
I provide regular updates with photos so you can feel reassured while you’re away. I’m also happy to follow your preferred process for home access and take care to ensure your home is left secure after every visit. 
In the unlikely event of any concerns, I will contact you promptly and, if needed, seek veterinary care in line with your instructions. As mentioned, I'm caring for a cat with a lot of needs, so I can confidently deal with any situations.

I see myself as the kind of person who walks by a dog and smiles at the second and NEEDS to stop and pet him. I arrived to Australia a month ago, and I am already working in hospitality, but then it hit me, I want a job that makes me actually happy, and I think been with animals is the thing that makes smile from inside. I consider myself a super careful person, always looking after others (dogs and humans) and I understand that your pet is a member of your family, so I will treat them the same way. 
I love being outside and go out for long walks, and it is definitely better if it is with a furry company. 
I only have experience taking care of my friend's dogs, feeding them, going out for short walks (30 minutes) in the city and long walks (1-2 hours) troughs mountains. I love to play with them while we walk and, if it's the case, maybe teach them something. That's why I always have treats with me, so I can reenforce good behavior. Let me know in advance if your dog has any special requirements and I'll take care of them, and if something comes up, I will call you right away. This information also involves the character of your dog, if he likes to be with other dogs, etc. so I can adapt the walk for him. 
During our time together I will take pictures so you can see how fun we had, and so you can show the rest of your family too. Also, for safety, the leash will be on all the time.
