HI!

I’m Fiona. I love long walks on the beach, and dogs, preferably at the same time!

I’ve lived in the Clovelly area with my partner Ben for around 12 years, and for the last 5 of them, we’ve been sharing our home with our Japanese spitz, Pacho.

I am a freelance writer who spends most days working from home. Not having to commute means I have time to take Pacho on twice daily walks to the dog park or beach, plus as many bonus outings and adventures as I can fit in each week.

I would absolutely love to have another dog or two join us (or be looked after separately if your dog doesn't do the buddy system) for playtime, walks, swims, brushing, baths or just lazing around on our deck and fully-fenced backyard opposite Clovelly Bowling Club and Waverley Cemetery.

I’ve grown up with dogs of all shapes and sizes (my dad had several show champion dalmatians) and have lots of experience looking after dogs big and small, young and old, shy or outgoing; high energy hounds or lazy loungers - I love them all.

Pacho is a 12kg male spitz who is very social and friendly with all dogs. He loves puppies and very active dogs as he can still be very puppy-like when it comes to play. However, at his age, he’s learned to be respectful of dogs who need their space!

I would love the opportunity to take local dogs in the Eastern Suburbs for walks (morning, midday, evening - let me know what works) and offer day care and in-home visits. I have a car and can arrange transport if needed.
