I'm an animal lover who is experienced with dog walking, dog sitting, cat home visits and foster caring for 4 dogs from rescue groups. Growing up my family had 2 cats and 2 dogs that I cared for. I have a 2-year-old Labrador Kara who is a Reclassified Guide Dog and I often take her on my client walks. I recently lost my 14.5-year-old Labrador who I raised as a puppy and am experienced with senior dogs.

I offer walking and home visits/feeding for the suburbs of: Clifton Hill, North Fitzroy, Abbotsford, Collingwood, Northcote, Richmond, Kew, Alphington and Fairfield. I might consider other suburbs if they are nearby these suburbs.

I have volunteered for 2 weeks with Soi Dog Foundation in Phuket, Thailand a shelter for street dogs who have been abused too badly to be released back onto the streets once they have been de-sexed. At Soi Dog I walked dogs in the morning and in the afternoon I sat in the dog runs (held 15-20 dogs) providing human socialisation. During my time at Soi Dog I interacted with aggressive dogs which including stopping dog fights when packs of dogs attacked a weaker dog or when a dominant dog attacked another dog because they wanted to be walked first or walked again.

I also have done volunteer work for farm sanctuaries and have experience with farm animals such as cows, pigs, sheep, horses, goats, chickens, deer etc.
