Hi! I’m Aisleen, an animal lover with hands-on experience caring for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, rats and other small pets. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I especially enjoy getting to know each pet’s individual personality, routine and needs.

I also have experience through animal care studies, veterinary placement and previous animal-related volunteering, which has helped me become comfortable with feeding routines, handling animals safely, keeping their environments clean and paying attention to changes in their behavior or wellbeing. I currently have pet rats of my own, so I’m especially comfortable caring for small animals that may need a little more specialized attention.

I offer home visits and dog walking, rather than caring for pets in my own home. Home visits can include feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays or small-animal enclosures, playtime, companionship and following your pet’s usual routine. I can also care for birds, rabbits, rats and other small pets during visits.

Dog walks can be tailored to your dog’s age, energy level and normal routine, whether they need a relaxed walk and some fresh air or a more active outing. Walks would generally be around 30–60 minutes, depending on what you book and what suits your dog.

I’m happy to follow detailed instructions and understand how important it is for pets to feel comfortable while their owners are away. I’ll treat your home respectfully and make sure your pets receive plenty of attention, patience and care. I’m also happy to provide updates during visits so you can feel reassured that your pets are doing well.

Because I don’t offer boarding or overnight care in my own home, all pet sitting takes place at the owner’s home through scheduled visits. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s routine, temperament and any special requirements before booking to make sure I’m the right fit.
