Hi, I'm Kelly! 🐾

I'm a Townsville local of 10 years and a practising medical professional. I'm rekindling my lifelong passion for animal care and looking to spend more of my time doing what I love — being around animals!

I've grown up with pets my whole life and currently have two cats and a horse (who are being lovingly looked after by family for now). Whether it's cats or dogs, I thrive in the company of our four-legged friends and would genuinely love the chance to spend some quality time with yours.

Before moving to Australia, I spent 6 years working in animal care back in Canada — first as an Animal Care Attendant at a pet hotel (caring for cats, dogs, and small animals) and at a veterinary clinic, before being promoted to Animal Care Supervisor. In that role I oversaw the daily care of all boarding guests, gave special attention to shy or anxious animals, provided client updates, performed basic wound care (scratches, cuts, and hot spots), and carried out 5-point wellness checksto ensure every pet was happy and healthy. I'm also trained in dog handling and safety.

My medical background only adds to my ability to keep a close, caring eye on your pets. You can feel confident knowing they're in experienced, professional hands.

I'm available 7 days a weekfor house sitting, so your pets can stay comfortable and relaxed in their own home environment while you're away. I can't wait to meet your furry family members! 🐶🐱
