Hi! We’re Stef and Caitlin, two qualified veterinary nurses with a shared passion for providing exceptional, compassionate care to animals of all shapes and sizes.

Together, we have over 4 years of experience working in the animal industry, including veterinary clinics, animal shelters, kennels, and catteries. We understand that every pet is unique, and we pride ourselves on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment while you’re away.

As veterinary nurses, we’re confident caring for healthy pets as well as those requiring a little extra support. We have experience with senior pets, puppies and kittens, post-operative care, medication administration, and pets with ongoing medical conditions. Caitlin is also Fear Free Certified, meaning we use low-stress handling techniques to help your pet feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our visits.

Stef has competed in agility and flyball with her Border Collies, giving her a strong understanding of canine behaviour, enrichment, and positive training. She also runs Bearfie & Me, a pet business focused on promoting pet health, education, and wellbeing.

We can care for:

Dogs (all breeds and sizes)
Cats
Rabbits & guinea pigs
Rats, mice & other pocket pets
Birds, Reptiles
Livestock and other small farm animals

Our qualifications include:

✔ Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (both)
✔ Certificate II in Animal Studies / Animal Care
✔ Fear Free Handling Certified (Caitlin)
✔ Extensive experience in veterinary clinics, shelters, kennels and catteries

We offer:
