"Ella was absolutely amazing! You can tell she has a genuine love for dogs, and her communication throughout the weekend was fantastic. "We felt very comfortable that Tito was in great care with Charlie while we were in holiday. She provided excellent updates and photos, made sure to seek out sometimes shy cat out so that she could another him with pats while she visited and our plants are looking great too.
