Hiya !!

My names Kate, I'm a 24y/o living in the inner north and wanting to make new (furry) friends :)) I lost my sweet boy Harry (see cover photo) a year ago and I've been really missing having a dog around if I'm being totally honest... given I'm already out walking I may as well use it as a way to get some much needed dog time and benefit not only my mental health but some local dog parents so here I am !!

I have been a ~casual~ dog sitter since 2019 - so have plenty experience with a range of breeds & personality types. I have quite the soft spot for Border Collies, but have experience walking/looking after American Staffies, Labradoodles (and other various oodles), Golden Retrievers, French Bulldogs, Whippets, Dachshunds, Aussies, Corgis honestly you name it - I've probably crossed paths with it !

For those needing a sleepover, I live with 2 other girls in a townhouse just a stones throw away from the local dog park, so I can guarantee they will be showered with attention during their stay!! We have a large living space for your friend to run around in and huge couch to snuggle up on (if they're allowed, don't wish to teach a bad habit to those who aren't at home!!). The outdoor area is a large 5.3x3 metre terrace/balcony (on third level), this does have a 1.5M tall 'wall' however so my place is best suited for dogs who like to be inside at night as I would never leave them up here unsupervised - I spend most of my day at the dog park soaking up the sun especially for the pup's bathroom time. Please note, given the townhouse layout my house is unfortunately not suitable for those with mobility issues (stairs).

For those just needing a w-a-l-k - whether it's a short stroll to the local off leash park, power laps around the block, or multiple breaks required as I know some of our senior pups heavily require - I am up for the challenge, just let me know what your pal needs and I will make sure they have the best time :)

I am an avid lover of all things dog related so when I'm not working you will catch me on the couch watching countless hours of show dog competitions & doomscrolling through many dog fun facts and life hacks, I guess you could call it my special interest...

I'm available for w-a-l-k's on weekdays from 10AM and weekends from 12PM !
