I’m an adult male in my 50s, married, with two adult children, and our household is calm, stable, and very dog-friendly. 

We absolutely love dogs, but we’re not quite ready to commit to having one full-time just yet. That’s why we’d be delighted to help care for your best friend—whether that’s for an overnight stay, a weekend, or simply the occasional walk when you’re busy or away.

In particular, we have a real soft spot for Beagles, but we’re very happy to look after other small to medium dogs as well, including Poodle mixes, Jack Russell Terriers, Norfolk Terriers, Poogles, and Puggles. I grew up on a farm and have had plenty of dogs over the years, so I’m very comfortable with feeding routines, walking, playtime, and giving dogs the attention and affection they need.

We’re lucky to have a popular dog-walking park just behind our house, which is perfect for relaxed walks and fresh air. Your dog would be treated as part of the family while in our care. I look forward to chatting with you and hopefully meeting your furry companion soon.
