Hi! My name is Adela, and I’m a 24-year-old from Finland currently enjoying a working holiday in Australia. I have been here for over three months, and one thing I miss the most from home is spending time with my dogs. Becoming a pet sitter feels like the perfect way to combine my love for animals with helping local pet owners who need a reliable and caring person to look after their furry family members.

I have grown up with dogs my entire life and have plenty of hands-on experience caring for them. My family currently has two dogs: a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever and a Border Terrier. Although they are family pets, I have always taken an active role in their daily care, including feeding, walking, playing, and ensuring they are happy and comfortable. Through this experience, I have become confident handling both small and larger dogs with different personalities and energy levels.

I love spending time outdoors, and long walks in nature are one of my favorite activities. I enjoy playing with dogs, keeping them active, and giving them plenty of attention and affection. I understand that every dog is unique, and I always take the time to learn about their individual needs and routines so they feel safe and comfortable while in my care.
