Hi, I'm Antonella, a 36-year-old originally from Argentina and living on the Gold Coast for the past four years.

I am based in Burleigh Waters very close to the beach. I have my own car. I am very outdoorsy and energetic.

I've loved animals my whole life. Growing up, there were always dogs and cats in our home, and with five siblings, there always seemed to be another rescued animal joining the family from time to time.

Although I haven't had my own pet in recent years because I've lived a fairly nomadic lifestyle, my love for animals has never changed. I genuinely enjoy being around them, understanding their different personalities, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and cared for.

In Australia, I volunteered at a wildlife sanctuary caring for rescued native animals, which was a very rewarding experience and taught me even more about animal care and welfare.

Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I would love the opportunity to care for your pets when life gets busy. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, happy and well looked after, while giving you peace of mind knowing they are in caring hands.

When caring for pets, I like to follow their usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and settled. Whether that's walks, playtime, feeding schedules, cuddles on the couch or simply keeping them company, I understand that every pet has different needs and personalities.

I'm happy to provide walks of up to 60 minutes, depending on your dog's age, fitness level and preferences. I enjoy being outdoors and regularly go on long walks myself, so active dogs are very welcome.

I am also comfortable administering oral medication when required. My last dog had epilepsy and needed medication every day, so I understand how important consistency is. I also know that some pets can be quite clever when it comes to avoiding tablets, and I'm familiar with the little tricks needed to make sure medication is actually taken and not spat out or vomited back up afterwards.

Above all, I will care for your pets with patience, attention and kindness, and treat them as if they were part of my own family.
