Hi, I’m Filipe, 21, from Portugal, currently based on the Gold Coast. I offer dog sitting, home visits, and dog walking across the area, and I’m happy to travel to different suburbs on the Gold Coast.

I grew up with dogs (a Labrador and a German Shorthaired Pointer), so I’m used to different temperaments and energy levels. I also trained my GSP, who at first was anxious and extremely high energy, so I understand how much calm handling, routine, and consistency matter, especially for nervous dogs or dogs that get overstimulated. Back home, I was responsible for daily care, walks, feeding, and keeping routines consistent. Being away from my own dogs is what motivated me to start pet sitting here, I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for.

I’m comfortable with all sizes and breeds, and I’m happy to support puppies (basic routine, toilet breaks, gentle play, short training reinforcement) and senior dogs (slower walks, extra patience, comfort focused care). I can follow your cues and rules closely, including feeding schedules, crate routines, and any simple commands you want reinforced.

Safety is always my priority. Before we start, I ask about your dog’s routine, allergies, triggers, leash habits, and vet details. On walks, I check collar or harness fit, keep dogs on lead unless you request otherwise, avoid risky situations, and adjust for heat with shade, breaks, and water. If anything unexpected happens (injury, vomiting, escape risk, conflict with another dog), I stay calm, secure your dog first, contact you immediately, and follow your preferred vet plan, I also have a car if transport is needed.
