I have had dogs all my life: trained them as puppies and taken care of special medical needs in old age. I am a retired teacher looking to provide doggy day care at my home. I live in a unit close to parks and off leash dog parks. we have a lift for those old dogs who struggle walking up steps. At my home there is also a secure and safe nature walk where dogs who prefer a quiet area to play can wander. I will take your fur baby for walks twice a day (if appropriate) and as needed for toileting. I will also provide a pee pad for those dogs who are used to this. I will ensure there is always water for your dog and feed them if required. I am experienced at providing medication and injections. I can care for two small dogs at a time. I have a verandah where dogs enjoy the sun and fresh air. I will take your pet to an off leash area if you are happy with that experience. Your pet will have my full attention all day. I will play with your dog and ensure they feel comfortable and safe with me. When introducing dogs I will take them to my spacious courtyard to provide space and a neutral environment. Given my 40 years experience with dogs I am an intuitive carer who understands the needs and moods of dogs. I understand that dogs need a stimulating day but they also need time to rest. I love the company of dogs and enjoy giving them lots of cuddles and fun adventures. I am a reliable and responsable person who understands that pets are a vital part of your family and deserve a stimulating and loving life.
