Responsible Care, Love, and Spoiling of Fur Friends Big, Medium, and Small 

Hello, I'm Nell..... I'm a qualified and experienced animal carer, behaviorist, and former volunteer at an animal shelter. I have had the joy of home boarding, providing daycare, dog walking adventures, and home visits for pets since 2017. I receive delight and feel fortunate to build wonderful relationships with pets and their owners.

By providing home boarding my goal is to give 24-hour care that offers confidence for pet parents that their furry family member is kept safe, happy, and having a wonderful pawcation. Especially for those who may be a little nervous about staying away from home or have special needs. I offer each guest individual attention and treat them with the care I would want for my fur babies. During the day we play, laze, cuddle and go on daily excursions to walk (on or off lead depending on each pet and parent's requests) for the length of time that suits my four-legged friends (~30mins-1hr+). 

For each service photos and  diary moments are sent to you so you can have a glimpse of what your pet has been doing, who their new fur friends are, and what achievements they have made. 

We have two friendly dogs. Rex Kelpie is very caring and intelligent. He watches over our guests to ensure they are safe and loves to play and go on adventures with his canine friends. Charley Cocker Spaniel is funny, adventurous, and adorable. Both enjoy meeting fur companions, comfortable and accustomed to sharing their mum.

Pet guests can play or nap inside or out. Our large yard is fully fenced and pet guests are monitored and cared for throughout their stay. We play games, laze on the porch, go on karaoke road trips, and often wander/romp along the lake or beach.

Check-in/out time can be arranged from 8am - 6pm to suit your requirements.

Collection and home return are provided with no additional fee. * within 25km of Bruthen.

Changes/confirmations are easily made on the Pawshake messaging App or Website.

I always appreciate a brief personal instruction list for your pet (likes, dislikes, quirks, etc)

All of my pet guests sleep inside at night.

I encourage owners to bring the pets' bedding, leads, or walking harness. We often go on driving adventures to secure walking locations in beautiful Gippsland; restraints are provided and worn in the car.
You provide your pets usual food. Preparation, Feeding, and Special Dietary Requirements will be managed as required with 5-star service. Medicine or Treatment is administered as instructed.

During home visits I allow ~1 hour to spend time with your pet, feed, clean bowls, and the animal area. Snuggling, playtime, and giving the attention they require is an important part of my visit.

At times I may have an overlap of bookings during check-in/out and your pet will share their stay with other dogs. I take particular care during the initial inquiry and our meet'n'greet that differing dogs are suitable to stay together. Before confirming/accepting bookings I am happy to discuss with pet owners any concerns they may have. I only accept vaccinated and healthy pets. I have insurance for animal medical care, public liability, and accidental damage
