Hi, I'm Larissa! ☺️ I'm a nurse who works day shifts only and I've been housesitting for over 5 years. I love housesitting for the animal companionship and getting to know new furry friends! :)

My experience in petsitting has included cats of all kinds and temperaments, small-, medium and large-sized dogs (Shitzus, Golden Retrievers, Greyhounds, Whippets, German Shepherds, Wolfhounds), and chickens, although I have also housesat on one occasion with a bird, 5 sheep and 2 alpacas! I've been housesitting for several years on different platforms and can provide plenty of reviews from these sits. I do my absolute best to make sure your pets are happy and comfortable while you are away.

I enjoy a clean and tidy home and am happy to recycle/compost if housesitting for you, and will maintain your home and garden as I would my own.
My preference is for longer-term sits of 3 weeks+, and I'm happy to discuss custom prices for long sits so that you can get away on your trip with peace of mind for your pets! I am available to housesit in inner north suburbs within a 30 min public transport commute to my work at a hospital in Parkville. Due to my current work taking me out of the house for 8 hours Monday to Friday, I find that I am usually best fit for catsits at present. Please reach out if this sounds right for you!

A bit more about me:
I work in healthcare locally, so I do have regular 8-hour shifts where I will be out of the home (no night shifts, however!). When I'm not working, I like spending time at home with a cuppa and a good book or getting outdoors for a walk.

Happy to share reviews, references and police check as required, and am a non-smoker. ☺️

Looking forward to meeting you! :)
