My name is Maria, I’m a 27-year-old Spanish girl living in Australia on a Work and Holiday visa. I’ve already been in Australia for one year and I’m currently starting my second year. I love travelling and living new experiences, and although I truly love animals, I haven’t been able to have pets of my own while living abroad.

Even though I don’t have official pet sitting experience in Australia yet, I’ve always been surrounded by animals back home in Spain. I regularly take care of pets of my family and friends and genuinely enjoy spending time with them, giving them attention, affection and proper care. I’m a calm, responsible and reliable person, and I always follow owners’ instructions carefully.

Availability

Due to my FIFO work schedule, I am available during my full week off, which makes me ideal for longer stays and continuous care. During these periods, I am fully available day and night and can dedicate my time to your pets and home.

Pet sitting services (overnight stays only)

I currently offer pet sitting with overnight stays / house sitting only for dogs and cats. I do not offer short visits or dog walking.

My service is ideal for owners who are away for several days and are looking for someone to stay in their home and keep their pets company.

My pet sitting service includes:

Staying overnight in your home for the entire booking period

Feeding and fresh water

Daily playtime, companionship and affection

Maintaining your pet’s usual routine

Cleaning pet-related areas (litter box, bowls, etc.)

I am happy to follow detailed routines and instructions provided by owners.

I can administer basic medication (tablets or topical treatments) as long as clear instructions are provided. I do not offer training or grooming services.

House sitting & home security

While house sitting, I treat your home with care and respect. I follow all security instructions provided, including locking doors and windows and managing alarm systems if required. My goal is to ensure both your pets and home are safe and well looked after while you’re away.
