About Me and My Motivation as a Pet Sitter

Hello! I’m Giorgia, and I’m passionate about caring for pets with kindness, patience, and a touch of adventure.  
A bit about my background: when I was a kid, I grew up around many animals—dogs, cats, and even horses. I’ve always loved all creatures great and small, and I believe I have a natural connection with them. That early exposure taught me empathy, patience, and the importance of listening to an animal’s cues. I carry that understanding into every pet I care for today.

I’m motivated by the joy of building trust with the pets I care for and the confidence their families place in me. I believe in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment where pets feel at ease, whether they’re at home, on a neighborhood stroll, or enjoying a sunny park visit. I enjoy designing enrichment activities that match each dog’s personality—be it interactive toys, scent games, or a refreshing swim on a warm day.
Their gentle nature, curiosity, and their boundless energy remind me how important it is to tailor care to each animal’s needs.

Work with me and you’ll find a patient, attentive caregiver who communicates clearly and consistently. I’m committed to keeping you informed about your pet’s daily routine, mood, and any notable moments from each visit. My approach emphasizes safety first, gentle handling, and plenty of positive reinforcement.

Do I have previous experience? Yes. I’ve cared for dogs of various temperaments, from shy to exuberant, including senior pets who need extra comfort and routine. I’ve learned to read canine body language, manage group play when appropriate, and adapt activities to your pet’s energy level and medical needs.


I offer a range of dog care services, including 1- or 2-hour dog walks. I can stay at your home long-term if you’re away on holidays and need someone to look after your pet, and I’m also available to feed your pet when needed. I’m flexible and will tailor my services to your needs.
